Probate Court Administration (PCA) and the Connecticut Probate Courts respect and protect the privacy of our website users; however, as public agencies, PCA or the Connecticut Probate Courts may be required to disclose personal information in response to a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or pursuant to the Connecticut Probate Court Rules of Procedure, the Connecticut Practice Book or the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act.  We may also disclose personal information for good cause.
