Name and Password Assistance Information
In the event you forget your
user name, use the "Forgot
Your User Name?"
link from the home screen. This will allow you to enter your primary email
address associated with the user name. An email will be sent listing the
corresponding user name for you to log in to the electronic invoice system.
In the event you forget your
password, use the "Forgot Your Password?" link from the home screen. This
will allow you to enter your user name. An email will be sent to the primary
email address associated with that user name allowing the user to login with a
temporary password.
*Please note that user accounts are locked after 5 failed login attempts. In order to regain access
to your ePayments account you will need to either wait 30 minutes and login
successfully or contact Tybera support during regular business hours.
It is recommend that prior to reaching the failure limit you click on the “Forgot Your Password” link to reset your password.
This process is faster than calling Tybera support to assist in resetting your password.
For security purposes Tybera support will ask you to verify your profile information,
and then will unlock your account so that you can reset your password.
