Shelby County Government will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords or user information. We use a secure system and make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of all Account Holder information gathered for use with the system. The Account Holder's information is never disclosed or sold in whole or in part to any third party or outside organization.
