This Website was not designed to be subjected to high volume automated searches such as data mining, web mining, web harvesting, bulk extractions and/or any other similar conduct. The terms data mining, web mining, web harvesting and bulk extraction are used to refer to the process of gathering and organizing unstructured information from pages and data on the World Wide Web by utilizing software that automatically extracts information from the Web and automates the reading, copying and pasting necessary to collect large amounts of information.

Right to Change this Website

PCA may discontinue, edit, delete or change any aspect of this Website, including, but not limited to:  (i) restricting availability times, (ii) restricting compatibility with certain computer software or hardware, (iii) restricting amounts of use permitted, and (iv) restricting, suspending or terminating any user’s right to use the Website, at PCA’s sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or liability.
