Tybera has been working closely with Local Government Corporation (LGC) to provide a state-of-the-art e-filing system for attorneys and self-represented
litigants to electronically file their documents to the courts. LGC provides case management for select Tennessee counties to track and store documents.
Participating Courts:
For Hamilton County filers: Any docket number before 23CV-0159 must be
searched using Part 1, even if it is a Part 2 case. This is due to a
software change within the Hamilton County Case Management System that affects
how cases are reported.
